A dedicated and enthusiastic team of chefs and administrators are running this NEW French Culinary Academy, located in Coral Gables, Florida, near Miami. The academy is owned by the same owners as CICD's partner culinary school in the South of France. Academy staff has years of training and professional experience as chefs in upscale restaurants, providing Michelin star level training.

Five programs in COOKING and PASTRY are available:
(one week French Cooking/Pastry program for amateurs and non-professionals),
2. GOURMET (1 month French Cooking/Pastry, level I, II or III for professionals or beginners),
3. EPICURE (2 months French Cooking/Pastry, level I and II),
(3 months French Cooking/Pastry, level I,II and III), 
5. 1-year International Program
(3 months in Miami (Cooking or Pastry) + 3 months in South of France (Cooking or Pastry) + 6 month internship in a fine dining restaurant in France (one Michelin star level).

2016/2017 Program Dates and Prices:
1. DISCOVERY (1 week): Program descriptions available on request. Cost (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12 pm): $1,100 for 1 week ($150 admission fees included).
2. GOURMET (1 month):
Sept 26(level I), Oct 24 (level II), Nov 21 (level III), Jan 2 (level I), Jan 30 (level II), Feb 27 (level III), March 27 (level I), April 24 (level II), May 22 (level III), July 31 (level I), Aug 28 (level II), Sept 25 (level I, Oct 23 (level II) and Nov 20 (level III). Cost: $3,900 (+ Enrollment fee:$250).
3. EPICURE (2 months): Sept 26, Jan 2, March 27, July 31, Sept 25. Cost: $7,200 (+ Enrollment fee:$250).
4. GASTRONOMIC (3 months):
Sept 26, Jan 2, March 27, Sept 25. Cost: $9,600 (+ Enrollment fee:$250).
 1 YEAR INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM: Sept 26, Jan 2, Sept 25. Cost: $18,900 (+ Enrollment fee:$250). In France, from Monday to Friday, 3 hours of French lessons and 3 hours of hands-on. 6-month paid internship (full time position) in a fine dining restaurant in France (one Michelin star level).

Program Eligibility

High motivation for culinary arts, competency in English, high school completion, over 18 years old, perform a personal interview with the Director in English.
