Start Date:Winter 2010/2011

Internship Duties and Activities:
  • The intern will focus on certain assigned geographic regions (e.g. Asia, Europe, South America), assisting to develop and execute a user acquisition program in various web, blog and social networking websites to help with marketing efforts of the company website an online destination to travelers and homeowners around the world.
  • The intern will assist with forming strategic and affiliate partnerships with relevant businesses.
  • With the rest of the team, the intern will help guide the direction of website development and the overall company brand to ensure that company website remains a powerful, engaging, and helpful website for short-term local home rentals.
  • The intern will assist to develop and complete other special marketing projects to meet goals and continue to drive traffic to the website

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-3 of work experience in related field
  • Undergraduate Student in the field of: business, marketing, real estate or a related field.
  • Possess creativity and ability to follow through
  • Interest and/or experience in blending both technology and travel to build a powerful website
  • Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Preference given to those with prior online marketing experience and those who have experience (working, studying, or living) in the U.S.
