Available J-1 Trainee/Internship Position - Marketing/Graphic Design

Start Date(s): April 2008, September 2008
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Compensation: Monthly Stipend
Location: Seattle, WA
Training Duration: 5-18 months

Summary:
The Center for International Career Development (CICD) is seeking and Intern/Trainee for a challenging position in the field of international exchanges. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern/Trainee for the 2008 season. We offer a casual, yet fast paced office environment where you can apply your skills and gain professional experience. CICD is a small, yet energetic company that sponsors Work & Travel students, trainees and interns in the USA.

Training/Internship Objectives:

Assist in the creation of direct marketing materials, posters, flyers, emails, web
University / Student outreach to prospective countries
Mail and E-mail correspondence
Attend marketing and outreach functions in Seattle

Minimum Qualifications:

BA in Graphic Design and or Marketing
Business level English Language skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and e-mail
Interested in international fields
Meet J-1 program eligibility requirements
Related work experience in home country
